Hi! I'm so glad you found me here. Here's a little of my story.

I am combining my love for personal development, positive psychology and the corporate world to empower clients to flourish in both their jobs and their lives. 

I've also spent two decades developing strategies for leading media companies and brands. My proudest corporate journey was creating and launching OneFifty, an incubator within WarnerMedia that invests in innovative storytellers and filmmakers. 

I am a breast cancer survivor and thriver, an avid dancer, and an enthusiastic iPhone step counter. I am a loving auntie to Ryan (6 1/2), Alexandra (4 1/2), and Andi (2 1/2), and they would tell you I'm the best arts and crafts’er they know, usually leaving a trail of glitter behind with every visit! 

I have a BA in psychology, summa cum laude and phi beta kappa, from Harvard, and both an MBA and Masters in Education from Stanford. I was recently voted the most inspiring member of my business school class.

I have served on the Advisory Board of the Dubin Breast Center at Mount Sinai and live in New York City.
